Procurement of consultancy services for Environmental Impact Assessment studies for non-motorized transport and solar flood mast lighting within Gilgil Municipality under the KUSP II Project. Open to all bidders with relevant environmental, transport planning, or energy-lighting consultancy capabilities (Kenya-focused EIA experience favored).

Requirements

• Tender security of 30,000 KSh, in bank guarantee or equivalent (as described in the RFP).
• Submit two separate proposals: Technical and Financial, in sealed envelopes; pages serialized; sign by authorized representative.
• Technical proposals must include required standard forms and CVs for Key Experts; no alternative Key Experts allowed.
• Eligibility: valid tax compliance certificate for Kenyan firms; not debarred by PPRA; no conflicts of interest; no involvement of public officers; Key Experts from eligible countries; JV, if any, per Data Sheet.
• Proposals validity: as specified in ITC/Data Sheet (210 days).
• Language: English.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the County Government of Nakuru website or the Public Procurement Information Portal (free).
