• Prepare Technical Proposal using TECH-1 to TECH-7 and Financial Proposal using FIN-1 to FIN-5 as specified in Section 3–4 and Data Sheet. (See Data Sheet.)
• Submit by 6 November 2026, 10:00 A.M East Africa Time. Soft copies via the supplier portal; hard copies in plain sealed envelopes delivered to Nakuru HQ Tender Box.
• Tender security of Ksh 20,000 required (see Invitation to Tender).
• Clarifications: no pre-proposal conference; respond to amendments as issued.
• Tenders opened publicly after the deadline; follow the standstill/award procedures outlined in the RFP.
