The County Government of Nakuru invites proposals from eligible consultants to provide Consultancy Services for Survey and Mapping (Land Titling) for North Karati, Nuthu, Maji Tamu, Lare, Banita, Mutaita, Leleshwa, Site & Service (Naivasha) in Nakuru County. Open to all bidders; selection via Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Submission deadline: 6 November 2026, 10:00 A.M. (online and hard copies). Requirements

• Eligibility and anti-corruption: open to all bidders; compliance with PPRA debarment, no conflicts of interest, no fraudulent practices, and tax compliance where applicable. Key Experts must be from eligible countries; JV arrangements must follow the Data Sheet. (See ITC and Data Sheet in the RFP documents)
• Tender security: Kshs 110,000 in the form of bank guarantee, insurer’s guarantee, or licensed financial institution guarantee.
• Proposals: separate Technical and Financial Proposals; Technical proposals must be complete and signed; CVs for Key Experts; no alternative Key Experts; sustainability of proposal validity as specified.
• Key Experts and team: CVs for Key Experts; availability confirmation at negotiations; substitutions must meet equivalent qualifications if allowed.
• Documentation and submission: serialized pages; English language; complete set of forms and documentary evidence; local tax considerations as per Data Sheet.

How to Apply
