Overview

Procurement of consultancy services for survey and mapping of Kabatini Center plots. The assignment covers land surveying, mapping, and cadastral work (potentially supporting land titling and GIS deliverables). Requirements

• Eligibility: open to all bidders; no explicit nationality restriction; joint ventures allowed per data sheet; must not be debarred by PPRA and must meet conflict-of-interest rules.
• Tender security: KSH 15,000 (bank guarantee, insurance-backed, or other CBC-approved guarantee).

• Key conditions: English language, tax compliance certificate, no conflicts of interest, no corrupt or fraudulent practices; certificate of independent proposal determination required in the financial/offer process.
• Other: pre-proposal conference not applicable; QCBS evaluation method; currency and price adjustments per Data Sheet; standstill period after award.

How to Apply

• Obtain documents: free from the County’s website and tenders portal (electronic procurement system).
• Prepare proposals: include Technical and Financial proposals in separate inner envelopes; ensure all Form TECH-1–TECH-7 and FIN-1–FIN-5 are completed; include CVs and mandatory documents; serialize pages.
• Submit: soft copies via the supplier portal and hard copies in plain sealed envelopes; clearly mark with tender number/description; deposit in the Tender Box or submit by post as specified.
• Deadline: Completed tenders must be received by 6 November 2026, 10:00 A.M East Africa Time (late tenders rejected). Extensions may be possible as per RFP.
• Clarifications: seek in writing; responses provided to all bidders; amendments issued as needed.
