Overview

The County Government of Nakuru seeks consultancy services for surveying and mapping six centres: Kabazi, Kibunja, Kirengo, Solai, Old Kijabe and Moi Ndabi. Open to all bidders with a QCBS evaluation; proposals must be submitted electronically and in hard copy. Requirements

• Open eligibility (open to all bidders) and QCBS selection.
• Tender Security of Kshs.30,000 (bank guarantee or approved alternative).
• Separate Technical and Financial Proposals; English language; proposal validity as specified.
• Compliance: tax compliance certificate; not debarred by PPRA; no conflicts of interest; no affiliation with disqualifying relationships.
• Key Experts: CVs and substitution rules apply if validity is extended.
• Proposals to be serialized; use standard forms and documentary evidence as required.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 6 November 2026, 10:00 A.M. (late submissions rejected).
• Submission: electronic via the County website and tenders portal, plus hard copies in a sealed envelope to the Tender Box at Moi Road; both soft and hard copies required.
• Documents to submit: Technical Proposal (TECH-1 to TECH-7) and Financial Proposal (FIN-1 to FIN-5), plus tender security and mandatory evidence.
• Required registrations/qualifications: tax compliance; PPRA debarment check; no public officer conflicts; eligible key experts.
• Pre-bid briefing: not held (per Data Sheet).
