Requirements

• Attend compulsory site briefing and submit a written VoIP solution proposal including any necessary one-off equipment purchases.

• Fully completed and signed SBD4 bid disclosure forms.

• Tax compliant with SARS tax pin attached.

• Registered on CSD; attach CSD supplier report.

• Active South African company; attach CIPC registration documents.

• Conformance to specifications.

• Optional but eligible for points: BBBEE certificate or signed BBBEE declaration.
