Requirements

• PSIRA registration for bidding company, directors/members, supervisors, and all officers (or renewal in process) and PSIRA Good Standing certificate.
• CSD registration and tax/compliance verification; UIF/COID proofs.
• Lead bidder with proven security operations experience; specific staffing: 1 Grade B armed supervisor (8+ years) and 6 Grade C guards (with valid firearm competency); clocking/attendance system proves ownership or lease.
• Compliance with SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and NIPP form (SBD5) as applicable.
• Insurance: professional indemnity and works insurance as required.
• JV/Consortium agreements if bidding as a joint venture; evidence of consolidated goals.
• Confidentiality and non-circumvention requirements; two-envelope submission; separate volumes for technical/compliance and financials.
