Overview

Procurement of a service provider to facilitate the DMPR strategic planning process for four months. Bidders should be consulting firms or professionals with proven experience in strategic planning, facilitation, and public-sector project management, able to deliver structured sessions and outputs.

Requirements

• Proven track record in facilitating strategic planning for public-sector clients, with clear methodologies and deliverables (e.g., strategic and implementation plans).
• Ability to manage a four-month engagement with defined milestones and stakeholder engagement.
• Compliance with SA procurement rules: SARS Tax Clearance (original), VAT registration, and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; capacity to provide performance security as required.
• Willingness to adhere to General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions (SCC), including submission on official bid forms and other bid-document requirements.
