Overview

Procurement of Multiple Construction Services for WHAG storage and related works, with a 6-month contract. Bidders should be experienced contractors in general building, steel works, alterations, plumbing, and storage-related installations, with CIDB General Building GB registration (minimum 1GB) and demonstrated capacity via references and CVs.

Requirements

• CIDB: General Building (GB) class with minimum grading 1GB.
• Compulsory site visit and briefing (attend 22 July 2026 at 11:00 at WHAG, 1 Cullinan Crescent Kimberley).
• At least three contactable reference letters for similar projects; client letters on letterhead, signed and dated.
• Key personnel CVs, qualifications, and an organogram showing relevant experience (minor concrete works and steel structures).
• Project plan and methodology outlining stages, timelines, health and safety plan, and environmental plan.
• Company profile with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar projects.
• Mandatory documents: CSD registration number and WHAG SBD 4 Bidder Disclosure; completed Bills of Quantities, Form of Offer and Acceptance, etc.
• Adhere to JBCC pricing and contract framework; include VAT and security provisions as specified.
• Functional evaluation: demonstrated experience and quality plan; minimum overall functionality score of 75 to progress to price/preferential evaluation.

• Pre-qualifications/registrations: CSD Registration Number; CIDB GB 1GB; WHAG SBD 4 Form; Company Registration Documents and shareholder IDs for SBD ownership claims.
• Briefing session: Mandatory briefing on 22 July 2026 at 11:00 (see attached RFP document for details).
