Overview

RFP to appoint a contractor for supply and delivery of stationery in Gauteng on an “as and when” basis for 36 months. Open to stationery suppliers with Gauteng delivery capability; compulsory briefing; bid documents must be submitted to PRASA Braamfontein. Requirements

• Attendance at the compulsory briefing (22 Oct 2026, 10:00, Braamfontein).
• Submit a full bid package including the stated returnable forms (Invitation, Terms, Form B/C, D/E/F/G, SBD 4/5/6, etc.).
• Compliance with National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax clearance; BBBEE and socio-economic obligations.
• Provide proofs: Workmen’s Compensation, securities and insurance within 30 working days of award; sign a formal contract within 7 days of readiness.
• Ensure delivery in Gauteng as per the Delivery Schedule; adhere to penalties for delays and local content obligations (as per Annexure and draft Contract).
• Confidentiality and data protection commitments; possible BAFO negotiations if required.
