Overview

RFP for the appointment of a panel of contractors for the provision of building repairs and maintenance services on an as-and-when-required basis for 36 months. Open to individuals, companies or consortia; joint ventures with B-BBBEE entities allowed; CIDB registration may be required; adhere to procurement rules and confidentiality/anti-collusion terms. A compulsory site briefing is planned and bids close 12 November 2026 (12:00). Requirements

• Parties eligible: individuals, companies or consortia; JVs/consortia with B-BBEE entities allowed.
• CIDB registration may be required; comply with CIDB and procurement rules.
• Strict confidentiality and anti-collusion terms; disclosure forms (SBDs) and due diligence may be requested.
• Compulsory briefing: 21 October 2026; attendance required.
• Submissions: two envelopes (technical/compliance and financial/BBBEE); pricing schedule and related forms to be completed.
• Validity: 90 working days from closing date; requests to extend may occur.
• Registration requirements: CIDB, Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax clearance; BBEE considerations for JV/consortium.
• Site inspection/certificates and draft contract review may be required.
