REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF CREDIBLE AND EXPERIENCED EXPERT SERVICE PROVIDER WHO HAS CAPACITY AND RESOURCES TO CONDUCT INVESTMENT PROPERTY VALUATION FOR PRASA FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.

Overview

Appointment of a credible and experienced expert service provider to conduct investment property valuations for PRASA for 36 months. Bidders should be real-estate valuation professionals with capacity to value PRASA’s nationwide portfolio and produce IFRS/GRAP-compliant valuation reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in investment property valuation and delivery of IFRS/GRAP-compliant reports.
• Capability to service a 36-month contract with sufficient resources and a dedicated team.
• Compliance: registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); tax compliance status or PIN; BBBEE status and related documentation; ability to sign confidentiality agreements.
• Mandatory briefing attendance and ability to provide required forms and prior project references.
• Willingness to undergo security screening and adherence to PRASA/Intersite contractual terms.

• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; Tax Compliance (PIN/TCS); BBBEE; CIDB where applicable.
• Briefing session: compulsory, 10 November 2026 at 11:00 via Microsoft Teams (see FORM D).
• Clarifications: submit queries to Max Mashabane by 13 November 2026; responses to all Bidders by 17 November 2026 (via PRASA channels).
