Requirements

• Ability to deliver emergency paramedic services 24/7 across all CSIR sites for five years.
• Compliance with CSIR terms, including a Service Level Agreement framework (draft SLA referenced).
• Pricing in South African Rand, include all taxes and related costs; use Annexure D pricing schedule.
• Submit pricing and credential information as separate documents from the technical proposal.
• Pre-qualifications: tax compliant; registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide BBBEE documentation if applicable; provide JV documentation if a joint venture is used (JV agreement, lead partner, BBBEE, TCS/CSD for partners, etc.).
• No cloud-based submissions; adhere to file naming guidelines and two-part email submission.
