Overview

IDC invites proposals for uninstalling, supplying, delivering, installing, programming and integrating a video conference system across IDC offices, including the decommissioning of legacy Cisco SX-80 equipment in the Executive Boardroom. Target bidders are AV/UC system integrators with proven experience in 4K video, AI-driven features, Microsoft Teams Rooms certification, and end-to-end delivery (uninstall to support). Compulsory briefing: 16 September 2026 at 09:30, 19 Fredman Drive, Sandton. Closing: 1 October 2026 at 11:00. Tender validity: 120 days. Questions due by 18 September 2026.

Requirements

• Demonstrated relevant experience with three client references in the last five years.
• Compliance with mandatory functional requirements (video, audio, collaboration, management) and Microsoft Teams Rooms compatibility.
• Uninstallation of legacy equipment in the Executive Boardroom Large Size Hybrid Meeting Room and full supply/installation/ integration of new systems.
• Tax compliance, CSD registration, and B-BBEE certification (or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE).
• Signing of board resolutions and provision of required Annexures and disclosures; establishment of an SLA with IDC post-award.
• Training for IDC staff (4 people) and provision of as-built documentation; ownership of assets registered to IDC.
