Request for Proposal to dispose and sell three SAA aircraft: one A340-300 and two A340-600, in an “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS” condition. Bidders should have aviation asset-disposal or aircraft brokerage capability (e.g., MROs, airlines, or brokers) and be familiar with SA procurement rules, contract terms, risk, and asset transfers. The aircraft are cannibalized (MSN 197 and 410, 417; ZS-SXH, ZS-SNA, ZS-SNB). Proposals will be evaluated primarily on price/commercial value. Viewing is by appointment, with no briefing session. Negotiation may occur during award talks, and SAA reserves the right to cancel or negotiate terms as needed (GCC/SCC apply). The General Conditions, SCC, and POPI/PK provisions apply to all bids.
