Overview

LEASE OF PREMISES IN EXTENT OF 156m2 AT BON 1 WITH 1 PARKING BAY FOR THE PORT OF CAPE TOWN FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO TEN (10) YEARS. This RFP seeks property owners/landlords with suitable Port-adjacent office space to lease the Premises (Bon 1, Duncan Dock) and undertake refurbishment to fit-for-purpose under TNPA. Bidders should have tax/compliance readiness (SARS PIN/TCS), CSD registration and B-BBEE capability, plus the capacity to provide the lease arrangement and site access.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS; separate PIN for each JV/consortium member where applicable.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration prior to bidding.
• B-BBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs); consolidated score for JVs.
• Essential returnable documents: SBD 1; Certificate of Acquaintance with RFP; RFP Declaration; JV agreement or intention to form; DPIP/FPPO disclosure; evidence of authority to sign.
• Compliance with Employment Equity Act; potential need for security clearance; confidentiality and supplier integrity pact.
• Site inspections and disclosure of any DPIP/FPPO relationships as applicable.
