Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in the proposed use.
• Minimum 2 reference letters (not older than 5 years).
• Bank rating: A/B/C with corresponding score;
• Capital expenditure plan for refurbishment and a maintenance plan;
• Cash flow projections showing going-concern viability;
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN or CSD registration;
• B-BBEE status;
• Alignment with Port Development Framework Plan (PDFP) and Annexure 7;
• Site inspections prior to submission;
• JV/consortium arrangements if applicable;
