REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO LEASE THE PREMISES IN EXTENT OF 198,9m2 AT ALKMAAR

Overview

The Tender invites bidders to lease the 198.9 m2 premises on Alkmaar Road, Port of Cape Town, for up to 10 years. Bidders with port/industrial property leasing capability, refurbishment capacity, and compliance with SA tax, B-BBEE, and supplier pre-qualification requirements should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS); if no TCS, provide a CSD number.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD): register before submitting; if a JV, every party must have a CSD/TCS.
• B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs).
• DPIP/FPPO disclosures as applicable.
