Overview

The NHBRC seeks a service provider to supply, install and maintain intruder alarm systems, monitor and provide armed response across 22 NHBRC offices for a 3-year period. This open-tender invites security-system integrators with PSIRA licensing and proven alarm monitoring/armed-response capability to deliver wireless, video-verified alarm systems with CCTV integration, plus relocation and maintenance services. Requirements

• PSIRA certificate for Directors (Grade A/B) and PSIRA good standing for the company
• Provident fund letter; SAPS clearance for all directors
• COIDA and UIF letters; SARS tax clearance with annual Tax Clearance Certificate
• Original/Certified company registration and IDs of owners/directors
• Public liability insurance (R10 000 000) and ICASA license or MOU
• CSD registration/MAAA number; latest CIPC documents; SARS PIN
• Signed SBDs (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and Annexures A/B with signatures; teaming agreement if applicable
• Track record: five recent alarm monitoring/armed-response projects; CVs and team qualifications
