Overview

The Greater Tzaneen Municipality invites proposals for a Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for a 36-month period. Bidders should be software providers with CMMS capability, ability to supply, install, and maintain the system for municipal use, and meet mandatory documentation and qualifications.

Requirements

• Software Ownership Certificate – 10 points
• Compliance With Industry Standards – 5 points
• Company work experience – 35 points
• Key personnel and qualifications – 30 points
• Technical Proposal: Supply and Installation of CMMS – 20 points
• Administrative and pre-qualification documents (as listed in the bid): proof of tender document purchase, CIPC registration, IDs, latest CSD, tax clearance, municipal rates, joint venture if any.

Stage evaluation is two-tier: Stage 1 functionality; Stage 2 price (80 points) and preference for specific goals (20 points). Specific conditions are detailed in the attached advert (COMBINED MAY ADVERT 03.pdf).

• Submission method: sealed envelopes deposited into the Greater Tzaneen bid box (Civic Centre, Agatha Street).
