• Ability to advise Acting Municipal Manager, lead evidence, and represent the Municipality at bargaining councils or courts.
• Compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (Tax Compliance Status or CSD registration), original/complete returnable documents, and submission on official forms (MBD1, MBD3.3, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) with a Full CSD Report.
• Non-conflict with the Municipality unless formal written instruction exists; single billing representative for labour matters, with exceptions for Labour Court/Higher Courts.
• Pricing to be provided on the MBD3.3 Pricing Schedule; adherence to 80/20 preference framework.
