Overview

The Independent Development Trust invites suitably qualified Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) to participate in the EPWP Non-State Sector Programme for 2026/27–2028/29. This open-tender selection targets NPOs working on community development, with regional awards limiting one NPO per region and up to four sites per selected NPO (25 participants per site). The programme covers focus areas such as cleaning/maintenance of public facilities, cleaning of public spaces, road maintenance, waste management, energy-related projects, arts for PwDs, food security, and GBV interventions, with a three-year contract and renewal conditional on compliance and due diligence.
