Overview

The Moqhaka Local Municipality invites proposals for the appointment of a service provider to develop the 5-year Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for Moqhaka Municipality for 2027–2032. Bidders should be professional planning/development entities with IDP development, spatial planning and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and familiarity with SA local-government IDP processes.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing session attendance; non-attendance disqualifies.
• Preference for bidders residing in Moqhaka Local Municipality and with valid BBBEE status level/certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Proof of BBBEE status as per MBD6.1; non-compliance affects preference points.
• Proof of Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) registration attached.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN; for consortia, separate certificates for each member; default verification post-closing if not provided.
• CIDB registration/grading where applicable.
• Municipal rates/taxes proof in the company name, not older than 3 months (or accepted alternatives).
• Identity documents of company directors; IDs not older than 6 months.
• Company registration documents (CIPC CK) showing active directors.
• Pricing Schedule and relevant MBD forms; evidence of compliance with specifications.
