Overview

The long-term lease and development of ERF 5945, Extension 15, Piet Potgietersrust (5728m2) for BUSINESS 1 or RESIDENTIAL 2-4. Bidder should be developers with urban/commercial or residential development experience and familiarity with municipal PPP processes and related procurement rules.

Requirements

• Evaluation under PPPFA 2022 using 90/10 or 80/20 preference points.
• Service providers must be registered on the Web Based Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Complete tender documents must be fully priced, signed and sealed, and deposited in the Tender Box; envelopes must be clearly marked with the project name and number.
