Overview

The Mogalakwena Local Municipality seeks proposals for the long-term lease and development of ERF 6484, Piet Potgietersrust Extension 12, measuring 8926 square metres for business use. Suitable bidders include property developers, investors, planners and developers with capability to design, finance and operate commercial space. Bid submissions close on 17 July 2026 at 12:00.

Requirements

• No compulsory briefing session.
• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Awards will follow PPPFA 2022; either the 90/10 or 80/20 preference point system will apply.
• The lowest/highest acceptable tender will determine the point system after receipt.
• Complete tender documents, fully priced, signed and sealed.
• Envelope clearly marked with project name and project number.
• Submit to the Tender Box at Mogalakwena Municipality, 54 Retief Street, Mokopane, by 17 July 2026 at 12:00.
• Late, faxed, telephonic or electronic submissions will not be accepted.
• Municipality may negotiate further conditions; not bound to accept the lowest or any tender; may award more than one tender.
• Documents available free from www.mogalakwena.org or www.etenders.gov.za.

• Prepare and submit complete, fully priced tender documents in a signed, sealed envelope.
• Mark the envelope with the project name and project number.
