Requirements

• Reserve price of R8,200,000; offers below will be disqualified.
• Proof of funding availability: own funding + debt must total 100% of the financial offer.

• Registration documents: CM29/COR, CK1/CK2C, CK etc. (depending on entity type); JV/Consortium agreements if applicable.
• Up-to-date municipal accounts for individual, Entity and Directors; proof of arrears arrangements if needed.
• Declarations: MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 7.1; POPI consent where applicable.
• Compliance: no bids from state employees; no tender defaulters; proof of financial capability (MBD 13).
• Site constraints and approvals: bidder to manage rezoning, environmental, Site Development Plan; comply with Town Planning Scheme.
• If bidding as JV/Consortium, provide joint agreement and consolidated BBBEE.
• Complete set of MBDs and registration documents; fully signed; otherwise non-responsive.

• Closing: 2 October 2026 at 10:30 (Telkom Time).
• Submission: sealed bids in the tender box at 33 Hoofd Street, Forum 1, Braampark, Braamfontein; one original, one copy, plus a scanned USB (clearly marked). Online submissions not allowed for this bid.
