Overview

The City of Johannesburg Property Company (SOC) Ltd invites proposals for the sale of Erven 1945 and 1946 Ivory Park Ext 2. The two residential erven are 369 m² and 376 m² (combined ~745 m²) and are zoned Residential 3. Target bidders are property developers or investors with capability to handle rezoning (if required), site development, demolition of unauthorised structures, and compliance with municipal processes; bidders must meet SARS tax compliance, CSD, and BBBEE requirements, and provide the standard MBD forms.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; CSD number if no TCS; BBBEE certificate.
• Up-to-date municipal accounts for the bidder, each director, and the entity.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration valid on tender closing.
• Completed MBD forms: 1-17 (incl. declarations and bids information).
• JV/Consortium documentation if applicable; company resolutions for bid signing.
• Site/Property information and compliance with zoning, environmental, and planning laws.
• Preference points: 80/20 or 90/10 system; specific goals (HDI 51%+; Local Johannesburg bidder) with associated points.
