Overview

RFP for the sale of Portion 1 of Erf 61 Park Town (1,699 m2) in Parktown, Johannesburg; development-ready opportunities under Business 4 zoning. Prospective bidders should be developers or investors with funding capacity and development expertise, including ability to cover transfer and zoning costs and to obtain necessary statutory approvals.

Requirements

• Proof of tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) and SARS e-Filing options; CSD registration if no TCS.
• Up-to-date BBBEE certificate (SANAS-accredited) or sworn affidavit.
• Up-to-date municipal accounts for bidder, entity and directors; or valid lease/acknowledgements.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration valid on tender closing date.
• Complete registration documents (MBDs) including Declaration of Interest, Past SCM Practices, Independent Bid Determination, Bidder Information, etc.
• If applicable, JV/Consortium documentation and consolidated BBBEE certificate; company resolutions for bid signing.
• Site/Property information and knowledge of zoning (Business 4) and town-planning requirements; compliance with EMS bylaws and local processes.
• Reserve price: R5,100,000 (offers below will be disqualified).
• Access to funding evidence (Stage 1 requires proof of funding; Stage 2 weighs price and specific goals).
• Non-state supplier restrictions apply.
