Overview

The City of Joburg Property Company (SOC) Ltd invites proposals to be included in the JPC panel of suppliers to supply and deliver PPE on an as-and-when-required basis for three years. Open to suitably qualified PPE suppliers able to meet standards, branding, size, and delivery requirements, with a compulsory briefing and panel-based engagement.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing attendance; non-attendance disqualifies (briefing 26 Aug 2026, 10:00). (POP 01/2027FY/JPC)
• Proposals must be on official forms, with one original and one USB copy; sealed and deposited by 10:30 on closing date.
• Tax and entity compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status or CSD registration; up-to-date BBBEE, municipal accounts for entity/directors, company resolutions; disclosures per MBD 4, 8, 9.
• Local content: complete MBD 6.2 declarations and SATS 1286:2011 templates; auditable and certified where required.
• No submission via fax; questions limited to tender email within specified dates; responses by specified deadline.
• Panel use governed by JPC terms; capacity to supply and brand PPE per item list and standards.

• Questions window: 17 Aug–2 Sep 2026; responses by 7 Sep 2026.
• Submissions: one original plus one USB copy of the full proposal, in a sealed envelope, to the JPC tender box at 33 Hoofd Street, Braamfontein, no later than 10:30 on 14 September 2026.
• Documents to submit: JPC MBD 1–16, declarations (MBD 4, 8, 9), Bidder Information (MBD 7.1); POPI and related forms as applicable.
