Overview

The City of Johannesburg Tourism Company seeks proposals from suitably qualified service providers to conduct an audit of signage requirements across eleven thematic routes of Johannesburg. Bidder profile: firms with signage/audit experience, GIS/spatial data capabilities, regulatory/bylaws compliance, and tourism-infrastructure project delivery.

Requirements

• Quote for all items in the pricing schedule (firm, VAT included)
• Valid Tax Clearance and BBBEE certificate/affidavit
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number
• Municipal accounts not in arrears for the company and directors (or acceptable lease/affidavit)
• Complete RFQ and returnable documents (MBDs, etc.)
• Subcontracting >25% requires disclosure and BBBEE for subcontractor
• Returnable documents: company letterhead, BBBEE, tax clearance, CSD, municipal accounts, certified certificates (not older than 3 months)
• Evaluation includes compliance, functionality, and 80/20 price-preference scoring
