Overview

Consulting Services for Technical Feasibility Study for Mau Summit – Eldoret-Malaba (A8) Road for Implementation on a PPP Basis. Requirements

• Selection by Quality and Cost Based Selection using a Full Technical Proposal (FTP) format. (RFP DOCUMENT)
• Proposals must follow ITC requirements: separate Technical Proposal and, if applicable, Financial Proposal, using the standard forms in the RFP. (RFP DOCUMENT)
• Proposals must avoid conflicts of interest, transfers of the RFP, and adhere to Bank’s Prohibited Practices and eligibility rules. (RFP DOCUMENT)
• If associating in a Joint Venture or with Sub-consultants, client approval is required; JV members and lead roles must be clearly defined. (RFP DOCUMENT)
