Overview

The RFQ seeks the appointment of a qualified professional valuer to conduct an independent property valuation for CEF SOC Ltd, in relation to a Bryanston property. Requirements

• Key personnel requirements: Project Lead with 5+ years of relevant experience; provide certified certificates and professional body registrations.
• Compliance requirements: Tax compliance PIN; CSD registration number if no PIN; consent to OH&S and applicable laws; ability to deliver within a 1‑month contract term.
• Deliverables and evaluation: Valuation report with market value, electronic submission with source documents; adherence to scope and mandatory documents.
