Overview

The NHBRC invites bids for the renewal of Servicely ITSM SaaS licences (20 licences) with maintenance and support for 12 months at the Sunninghill office. Bidders should be IT service providers authorized to resell Servicely licences, able to deploy and support SaaS licences, and able to meet tax compliance and B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Company profile and proof of authorisation to resell Servicely licences.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS certificate or registration on CSD (and related pre-award questions for foreign suppliers).
• B-BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for preference points).
• Capacity to supply 20 Servicely ITSM licences plus maintenance and support for a 12-month period.
• Licences and support to be activated within 15 days of appointment; subscription run for 12 months from activation.
• Compliance with standard bid forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2) and signed contract form (MBD7) if awarded.
