Overview

The procurement is a Request For Quotation for blinds to be supplied to Tourism; bidders should be capable blinds suppliers with EME or QSE status and be prepared to provide a B-BBEE sworn affidavit. Delivery is to 17 Travenna Street, Pretoria, with hand-delivery required to Tourism House Sunnyside (special condition).

Requirements

• Complete and return the Sworn Affidavit for both EME and QSE (Annexure B) to qualify for B-BBEE points. (see ADDENDUM 4 - TEMPLATE - SWORN AFFIDAVIT OF BOTH EME AND QSE -.docx)
• Provide sworn statements on:
  • Black Beneficiaries percentage
  • Black Woman Beneficiaries percentage
  • Black Designated Group Beneficiaries percentage
• For EME: annual revenue ≤ R10,000,000; for QSE: revenue between R10,000,000 and R50,000,000 (based on latest year-end figures).
• Sworn affidavit valid for 12 months from the date of commissioner’s signature.
