Requirements

• Completed SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) supplier number and Tax Status Verification PIN with tax registration details.
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Pricing must be inclusive of VAT and aligned to the Pricing Schedule; quotation valid for 60 days.
• Delivery of 600 kg refined white sugar as specified (ICUMSA 45 max, moisture ≤0.04%).
