Overview

RFQ for a Billing Information Data Tapes (BIDT) managed service to provide insights and cost management of global indirect sales distribution through the GDS and enforcement measures. South African Airways seeks a 3-year BIDT platform and managed service to monitor, analyze and enforce GDS costs across Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Travelsky and Infini. Bidders should have an established BIDT platform deployed in airlines (minimum 3 commercial environments) with airline references, implementation planning, data governance, and robust security/compliance controls (POPIA). Experience with BSP and ARC environments is required.

Requirements

• Established BIDT technology platform currently deployed in the airline industry, operable with GDS billing data inputs without core customization.
• Deployed in at least three commercial airline environments with airline reference letters and ongoing support.
• Ability to ingest, process and analyze billing data from Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Travelsky and Infini; BSP and ARC data processing capability.
• Strong cost visibility/analytics, compliance monitoring, enforcement workflows, reporting dashboards, and data security controls.
• Availability of qualified resources, a clear implementation plan/timeline, and a pricing structure with contract terms; adherence to SAA General Conditions.
