Overview

Statistics South Africa is seeking quotations for Artificial Intelligence solutions/services. This RFQ is open to bidders capable of delivering AI-related goods or services, with a special condition that suppliers accredited with QCTO for offering accredited courses may participate.

Requirements

• Compliance with the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 (PPR 2022) and the applicable 80/20 or 90/10 preference point system.
• Claiming points for specific goals requires proof/documentation; failure to submit may mean no points for those goals.
• Specific goals and points (from Table 1): Enterprises with 51%+ ownership by Black persons (10 pts); by women (5 pts); by youth (3 pts); by persons with disability (2 pts).
• The organ of state reserves the right to require substantiation of any preference claims at any stage.
• Special Condition: Suppliers must be QCTO-accredited to offer accredited courses (where applicable).
