Overview

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1 GB or higher.
• Contract and procurement: NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (ECSC3) with employer data and site/worked information in Part C1–C4.
• Briefing/site inspection: compulsory on 15 July 2026 (CTIA site).
• Documentation: fully completed Form of Offer and Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations, and all returnable documents; price list; CIDB registration.
• Qualifications and experience (Stage 3): minimum four reference letters for similar refurb projects in last 5 years; CVs for key personnel; qualifications and copies; COC for electrical installations; proof of necessary insurances; COIDA good standing; tax compliance.
• Insurance: employer provides PCI-type insurances; contractor must comply; insurance limits and cover are defined in Annexure A.
