Overview

RFQ for consultants to conduct a feasibility study for the implementation of a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) Corporate. Suitable for firms with enterprise PMO transformation, PMO governance, portfolio management, change management, and systems integration experience. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-wide PMO transformation (8+ years for top points; 4–7 and 2–3 years listed for lower tiers).
• Submit reference letters proving PMO operating model design, governance, benefits management, RAID, etc.
• Provide evidence of AS-IS to TO-BE process design, governance, and lifecycle redesign capabilities.
• Propose a clear methodology with a phased approach covering current state, requirements, gap analysis, future state, roadmap, change management.
• Phase 1 deliverables include: design governance, architecture, change management plan, and a phased implementation roadmap; Phase 2 procurement/implementation support to be defined later.
• Mandatory documentation: pricing schedule (SBD 3.3), declaration of interest, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, confidentiality/NDA, B-BBEE documentation, tax PIN, CSD/VAT details, and company incorporation documents.
• Security vetting may be required; ACSA is a National Key Point.
• Prices must remain valid for 120 working days; adherence to GCC and PPPFA terms.
