Overview

The NYDA invites a quotation for disassembling, assembling, transportation of furniture and office storage for its Tshwane office (Middestad Mall). Suitable bidders are those with furniture removal, moving, installation, and short-term storage capabilities, including disassembly/assembly and transport/handling of office contents. Requirements

• Mandatory CSD registration; suppliers not on CSD will not be considered.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status; separate TCS for consortia; if unavailable, provide CSD number.
• Complete official forms: SBD 1, SBD 4 (Bidders Disclosure), and a pricing schedule using the provided template; SBD 6.1 for BBBEE points.
• BBBEE: attach BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim specific goals; failure to provide may affect scoring.
• Pricing must cover disassembly/assembly, transportation, and 3 months storage (01 Nov 2026–31 Jan 2027) of specified items at the NYDA Tshwane address.
• Preference points: 80/20 or 90/10 system (price vs. specific goals); specific goals include Youth Owned Institutions (10), Women Owned Institutions (5), Ownership by persons with disabilities (5).
• Award is at NYDA discretion; no service without a purchase order; if outsourcing, ensure no state-owned entities hold equity.

• Documents to submit: official forms and schedules (SBD 1, SBD 4, Pricing Schedule, SBD 6.1). If applicable, SBD 7 (contract form) is required upon award.
• Registrations: provide SARS PIN/TCS status; if not available, provide CSD number; address and contact details per the RFQ.
