Overview

Dust Masks, Plastic Aprons and Latex Gloves are being procured for Statistics South Africa. Suppliers of PPE with delivery capability in RSA should bid.

Requirements

• Complete and submit the Standard Bidding Documents: SBD1, SBD3.1 (Firm Prices), SBD4, SBD6.1 (Annexures) (see attached: Standard Bidding Document(SBD1).pdf, Standard Bidding Document(SBD3.1).pdf, Standard Bidding Document(SBD4).pdf, Standard Bidding Document(SBD6.1).pdf).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or a Tax Compliance Status; where not available, provide CSD number (SBD1, SBD3.1).
• Ensure registration on Central Supplier Database; provide CSD details; provide VAT status if applicable.
• B-BBEE: submit B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs to claim points (SBD1).
• If claiming Specific Goals (Black, Woman, Youth, Disability): supply required proofs (IDs, CSD report, medical certificate) per SBD6.1 (Table 1).
• Prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT; validity 46 days as per Additional Info; pricing schedule to include items: Dust Masks, Plastic Aprons, Latex Gloves.
