Overview

Electrical maintenance on an as-and-when-required basis at Rand Water sites for 12 months. Rand Water invites bids from contractors with CIDB 3EB or higher to perform electrical maintenance at multiple sites, with ECBSA registration, and the ability to meet the project’s HR, equipment, and scheduling requirements. Only one supplier will be awarded.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 3EB or higher (registered or able to register before evaluation).
• ECBSA registration (Electrical Conformance Board of SA).
• Complete and sign official forms: Form of Offer and Acceptance; SBD 4; SBD 6.1; returnable documents.
• Tax clearance and related compliance; no tender defaulters; no state-employed directors.
• Provide pre-qualification documents, pricing schedule (BoQ), and evidence of previous related experience, HR capacity, equipment capacity, and project programme.
• Functionality: minimum 70/100 based on experience, HR capacity, equipment, and schedule (T1.3.2).
• Pricing and BBBEE: bid evaluated on 80/20 price vs. BBBEE goals; specific goals table applies.
