Overview

Microsoft Excel Advanced Training services are being procured under an RFQ for delivery at 170 Koch Street, Salvokop, Pretoria. Suitable bidders are training providers with QCTO accreditation offering accredited courses and must attach a course outline.

Requirements

• Accreditation: Supplier must be accredited with QCTO and offering accredited courses.
• Course outline: Must attach/provide the Excel Advanced Training course outline.
• Bidder’s Disclosure: Complete and submit the SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure (Annexure A) including all required sections (state employment, relationships with the institution, conflicts of interest, and declarations).
• Compliance assurances: Confirm independence from competitors, no collusion, and awareness of penalties under relevant South African laws if false disclosures are made.
• Eligibility: Acknowledge that bids may be rejected if the bidder is listed as a tender defaulter or restricted supplier.
