Overview

The CCMA seeks quotes for professional photography, videography, live-feed production and related media services for two CCMA events. These include a 30th Anniversary Commemoration (CSIR International Convention Centre, 11 Nov 2026) and a Service Excellence Awards Gala Dinner (Montecasino, 27 Nov 2026). Bidders with corporate-event media production capability, multi-camera 4K setups, live-feed integration, professional editing, and timely deliverables should bid. Submissions close 02 Oct 2026 at 14:00 and must be fixed-sum, inclusive of taxes, with a 90-day quotation validity.

Requirements

• Phase 1 evaluation (max 100 points): Company experience; Portfolio of previous projects; Reference letters; Human resource capabilities (CVs for Photographer, Videographer, Editor). Minimum threshold 75 points to proceed.
• Phase 2 evaluation: Price (80 points) and Specific Goals (20 points) under 80/20 system; ownership-based goals (Black, Women, Youth, PWD) apply with attached proof.
• Technical/operational needs: 4K multi-camera coverage, four camera operators, vision mixer, technical director, professional audio, backup/redundancy, live-feed to venue screens, stage lighting for Event Two, and deliverables including: at least 100 photos (Event One), 150 photos (Event Two), highlight videos (~10 min) within 5 days, and full event videos within 10 days.
• Additional requirements: Stage lighting, 360° Photo Booth, Magazine Cover Photo Booth. Ownership verification per SBD 6.1; proof of ownership and owner identities required; CCMA may verify references.
• Pre-qualification: Bidders must be registered on CSD prior to submitting quotations. Documentation must be verifiable (SBD4, SBD6.1, etc.) and include POPIA consent forms where applicable. (RQN00000220991)
