Overview

Statistics South Africa invites quotes for Research and Methodology Training. Bidders must be accredited with QCTO to offer accredited courses. Training delivery is in Pretoria, with a submission deadline of 13 July 2026.

Requirements

• QCTO accreditation to offer accredited courses (special condition).
• Complete and submit the SBD 6.1 Preference Points form (SBD-6-1-IN-TERMS-OF-PPR2022-3.pdf) and claim price and specific-goals points; provide documentary proof if requested.
• Comply with the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022, including the 80/20 or 90/10 preference point systems as applicable; apply the stated formulas for price and for eligible procurement.
• Specific goals and points (e.g., ownership by black people 10 points; women 5; youth 3; disability 2) and the tenderer must indicate how points are claimed for each system.
• Acceptance of verification: the organ of state may require substantiation of any preference claims; fraudulent claims can lead to disqualification and other remedies.
