Overview

Rand Water invites bids for SAP Technical and Functional Support and Maintenance Services for SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 and SAP S/4HANA for 12 months, on a Time and Materials basis. Suitable bidders are SAP implementation/maintenance partners with proven ECC6 EHP7 and S/4HANA experience, including ABAP, HANA, SAP Basis, HCM, Payroll, SD, PPM, integration, and workflow capabilities, plus governance, DR/BCP, and knowledge transfer competencies.

Requirements

• Qualified SAP partner with capability across: SAP SD, HCM, Payroll, PPM; ABAP, HANA, Integration Services, Workflow (1.2).
• Access via approved VPN; comply with Rand Water security/governance; normal hours 08h00–16h30 with paid after-hours by approval (1.3–1.5).
• SLA commitments: response/resolution targets per Severity 1–4 (1.15).
• Deliverables and governance: weekly/project meetings; change/transport governance; DR planning/testing (1.11–1.13, 1.7).
• Knowledge transfer, training, and complete documentation (1.9–1.10).
• Commercial: all-inclusive hourly rates; max 160 hours/month per resource; no retainer/travel claims; VAT included; timesheets required (1.14).
• Pre-qualification/evaluation prerequisites: complete Pricing Schedule; prove authorisation as SAP ECC6 EHP7/S4HANA partner (3.1.1–3.1.2).
• Returnable docs and compliance: B-BBEE verification; SBD4; Company Resolution; functionality documents (4.1–4.2).
