Overview

Procurement of the supply, implementation and operation of the Zscaler App and platform as a managed security service. South African Airways invites quotes from SA-registered security service providers or authorized local partners with 5+ years’ enterprise security experience and the capability to deliver ongoing managed services for Zscaler (ZIA, ZDX, ZPA). The service will be licensed for ~2,500 users with a 10% growth buffer, with SAA retaining governance while the provider runs the platform.

Requirements

• SA registered entity or authorized local partner; provide company registration documents.
• Minimum five years’ experience in enterprise security solutions (ZTNA, secure web gateway, cloud firewall or cloud-delivered security); provide evidence via contracts/POs.
• Capability to provide ongoing support, monitoring and service management for the Zscaler platform; returnables: managed service offering, incident escalation/response, org chart, SLA matrix with response times, escalation timelines.
• Current Zscaler authorization/partner status; provide accreditation letters; demonstrated delivery to at least five enterprise customers.
• Licensing model with growth buffer (up to 10%), true-up mechanism, and coverage for ZIA/ZPA/ZDX, identity integration, SSL inspection; native dashboards/reports; licensing flexibility.
• Compliance with SAA General Conditions of Contract; valid tax clearance; submission of vendor documents (Annexures).
