Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation of 1EB or higher (JV allowed if lead partner is 1EB+ and combined grading meets requirements).
• Proof of CIDB grading and CRS number; separate CIDB documentation for JV members if applicable.
• Directors/partners must not be listed on restricted tender lists; complete SBD forms.
• Three (3) reference letters or completion certificates from clients within 5 years.
• Recent CSD report with tax compliant status; tax PIN or SARS details; COIDA proof.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SCM consent form.
• SBD 1, SBD 4, fully completed Form of Offer, priced Bills of Quantities, and returnable schedules.
• Not in service of the state; if applicable, separate TCS PINs for joint ventures or subcontractors.
