Overview

RFQ 4661 seeks a service provider to supply branding material for the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF). Requirements

• Ability to produce and supply all listed branding items per the specification (e.g., Banner Plus 1, Telescopic Flag Banners, Curved Wall Banner, Pop-up/Horse Shoe Banners, Table Cloths, Podium Banner, Standard Rolling Lantern Banners, 3x6m Pop Up Gazebo) to stated quantities. • Final artwork will be provided; bidder must print/finish per provided artwork and specs.
• On-site briefing session attendance is mandatory (non-attendance leads to disqualification).
• Compliance with tax and supplier registration requirements:
  • Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN or SARS or CSD number)
  • Submit required forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and, if applicable, SBD 7 (contract form)
• Preference points criteria under the 80/20 or 90/10 system, with specific goals (Black women, Black youth, Black disability, BBEE elements) as shown in SBD 6.1.
