Overview

The RFQ seeks a supplier to inspect, service and certify SCBA cylinders and related BAUER equipment at King Phalo Airport. Target bidders are service providers with expertise in BAUER SCBA gear, cylinder inspection, compressor servicing, calibration/certification, and trained technicians with BAUER authorisation.

Requirements

• Visual inspection and certification per manufacturer specs; service reports; collection/return transport.
• Replacement of defective parts (if approved) and a defined turnaround; warranty on workmanship.
• Proof that technicians are trained/authorised on BAUER equipment.
• Compliance: Tax clearance (SARS PIN), Tax Compliance Status or CSD number; VAT registration.
• Returnable documents: SBD 3.3 priced offer, Declaration of Interest, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Confidentiality/NDA, BBBEE affiliation where applicable.
• Validity of information for contract duration; willingness to provide documentary proof for preference claims.
